We, the officials and employees of Dumangas-Barotac Nuevo Water District are committed to:

• Dedicate our efforts to ensure public health by providing supply of clean and safe drinking water;
• Believe that our work in the water district requires unconditional dedication for the fulfilment of our mandate of improving, maintaining, and operating water supply distribution and to develop;
• New approach to improve the water system’s safety and performance from catchment to concessionaires by means of Monitoring and Corrective actions of control measure;
• We , shall strive to exceed expectations to improve our water quality , we strongly believes that the Agency Strategic and Control measures plan will serve as the bridge for us to effectively plan and guide our on-going transformation by  successfully providing quality service as it is mandated to deliver;
